Due to the higher volume of orders, we are doing our best to continue shipping orders within 2 business days. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on orders over $20. (Retail Sales Only)
  • Free shipping does not apply to Dealer or Distributor sales, nor does it pertain to any additional handling charge for over-sized boxes. If your order includes an over-sized package, you will still be charged this handling fee.
  • Free Shipping Policy uses Standard or Ground Shipping Services within the 48 contiguous states only.

Restrictions:

  • Orders placed with a Dealer or Distributor account
  • Orders shipped to a location outside of the 48 contiguous states
  • Express / Expedited orders

Free Shipping Policy:

Retail sales over $20 will receive free shipping. (See Free Shipping Policy for details) If the order total is $20 or less, regular shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Method:

All online orders are shipped via USPS Mail or UPS Ground service, unless otherwise specified. (This is determined by the shipment size & weight, & will be at our discretion.) Express/expedited shipping is not available with online purchases; however, arrangements can be made via e-mail, phone or fax.

Shipping Charges:

The shipping charges that are quoted online are either USPS Mail or UPS Ground rates.

Shipping Method:

We will find the most inexpensive shipping option to your location - which you will confirm - and you will be responsible for those charges.
Please note: orders will not be shipped unless the shipping method has been confirmed by the customer.

Duties and Taxes:

Please note- when a package ships internationally, it may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. All duties or taxes for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges include, but are not limited to import taxes and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling & brokerage fees) by the destination country. Duties and taxes are not included in the String Swing product price or shipping & handling cost and are typically collected once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as String Swing is only charging the transportation fee for the packages.
You may check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may be associated with your order.

Express/Expedited Shipping:

Online purchases are shipped via USPS Mail or UPS Ground service.

If you would like to express/expedite your order, arrangements can be made via e-mail, phone or fax. The charges that you receive online are USPS Mail or UPS Ground charges. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges for express/expedited shipping. If the order is placed with a Net 30 account, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. If the order is placed with a credit card, please read the information below.

Credit Card Orders:

Online orders are very secure, making it unable for us to see your credit card information. If arrangements are made for express/expedited shipping, we will need to obtain your credit card information via phone, in order to charge the upgraded shipping cost. (Please note: credit card orders will not be shipped out until paid for.)
